This is an area I do a lot of coaching around and it's something that most businesses overlook until a disaster occurs.
Every business needs to create a DISASTER FOLDER, a place where you store all the steps required to quickly get your business back on track when something goes wrong.
Why Do You Need It?

- It reminds existing team members how processes work and what needs to be done when problems occur
- It takes stress off the business owner and allows them to have a holiday in peace.
On this episode, I discuss equipment, plumbing, electrical, and computer & email problems, but also what happens when a key member of your team fails to show up for work and you have a busy day booked already with patients and clients.
